1. What Spot is right now
Spot is currently a pre-launch product. The website at tryspot.in is used to collect early access signups (waitlist) and share information about the upcoming Spot app.
By using tryspot.in or submitting any form on this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Waitlist and form submissions
- When you join the waitlist, your name, contact information, and city may be stored.
- By submitting, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- We will use your contact information only to notify you about Spot's launch or early access — no unsolicited marketing from third parties.
3. Prohibited submissions
Do not submit content that is:
- False, misleading, or fabricated (fake places, fake dishes)
- Harmful, abusive, threatening, or defamatory
- Illegal, or that promotes illegal activity
- Spam or automated submissions
- Infringing on intellectual property rights of any third party
Spot reserves the right to reject or remove any submission that violates these guidelines.

5. No warranty
This site and its content are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. Spot is a pre-launch product — features, availability, and timelines may change. We make no guarantees about launch dates, feature availability, or service uptime.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spot and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the submission of any information through it.
